Leonard will share his secrets of the breath and years of experience with cultivating the Breathwork technique. Participants will receive a high quality, individual Breathwork session from a Local Rebirther. There will be time for Q&A with Leonard, as well as information on Birth Trauma and how it relates to Breathwork.
Attendees should dress comfortably, bring a water bottle, sack lunch, blanket, and pillow. Space is limited so advance registration is required to secure your space.
