Breathwork Works!

My experience with breathwork is really tied into my experience with Sara Dawn. I've had several private sessions with Sara and my predominant memories of those sessions are of feeling nurtured and supported. Sara's calm, professional presence allowed me to go deeply into my breath. It was definitely a unique experience and I recommend it for anyone looking for avenues to personal exploration.
