I have been practicing Breathwork since 2001 when I first met Leonard and attended his workshop. Since then I have received more than 60 Breathwork sessions with his students. I was certified as a Rebirther in 2003. I have attended 9 day and 3 day trainings with Leonard Orr. I am now a certified Conscious Breathing Breathwork Coach and have been holding sessions for my students for the last 3 years. I also have experience with Holotropic Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork,and Conscious Breathing - Anapana Sati as part of meditation and several yogic breathing modalities. All of these understand that breath is a powerful gift.

Personal approach to Breathwork: I consider Breathwork as a powerful tool to clean our physical as well emotional body, and thereby live life with more balance, clarity, and in a loving presence. It is very important to re-establish a healthy relationship with our breath, and hence to create a background for a conscious life.

Water Rebirthing: No.

Support Groups: Yes! I also give clients some assingments after the session and try to empower them so that they can do Breathwork themselves.

Other healing modalities trained in: I am a Rekie Master.

Code of ethics for working with clients: I respect my clients and treat them as Loving Beings. Anything which invades thier personal space I do not do. I follow strictly the 5 precepts as taught by Buddha and my Vipassana Master.

I have been a Rebirthing Breathworker since 1981 and a Rebirthing Trainer since 1987, when I was the Training Director at the International Rebirthing Training Center in Sierraville. I have led seminars and trainings in the U.S., Toronto and Montreal, Canada, England, Spain, Austria and in South Africa, Botswana and Cape Town. I have organized for founder, Leonard Orr, since 1984 and continue to do so and train with him as recently as June, 2007. I have organized the Return to the Sacred Spiritual Purification Retreat with Leonard Orr in Sierraville, California for three years now. I breathe and receive sessions myself with those that I have trained. Having the willingness to make time to do fire and nature purification has been the single-most powerful cleansing and centering discipline for me, in addition to my long time and great relationship with Leonard Orr! Breathwork is so simple and produces amazingly healthy results!

Personal approach to Breathwork: Gentleness and acceptance. Each person truly has their own wisdom and right timing. Sometimes it is a matter of relaxing enough that this innate wisdom emerges. No two people are alike and each has their own needs. Breathwork is easily adapted to consider each person's individuality and sacredness.

Water Rebirthing: Water rebirthing after tensessions.

Code of ethics for working with clients: Truthfulness, respect, compassion and light heartedness.

Average cost of one session: $60 for a two - three hour session. This includes time for the client to share what is happening in their life, breathing information, the session and any sharing afterwards. I am always available by telephone to provide support.

Discount packages: I offer the ten session series for $400 paid in full after the first session. People often do not know if they want ten sessions, so after one or two sessions I offer the package and the amount already paid for sessions is deducted.

Books Published: Delicious Breathing Exercises(I have transcribed many of Leonard's books for publication: ProsperityConsultation I and II, Successful Clientele Building; Bhartraji; Breath Awareness, and many other papers.)

Additional Thoughts: Since I have LIVED and continue to LIVE, I have experienced such vastness of life, relationships and feeings that I can easily relate to most people. I am beyond being shocked. People find it easy to relax and enjoy my presence, as I do others!

I began breathing in Jaunary of 2007 - an excellent way to start the year! After a series of sessions and a couple of retreats, I decided this was what I wanted to make mylife about.

My teacher and mentor is Christian de la Huerta whose teacher was a student of Sondra Ray. I continue to assist Christian in retreats and workshops in Hawaii, New York and California.

I have attended Leonard Orr's 9 day training where I learned to more fully incorporate Spiritual Purification practices into my work.

Personal approach to Breathwork: The best that I can bring to this work is a loving and accepting pressence. Leonard Orr says that presence is 80% of this work. Additionally I respect the sacredness of the process and my clients' journey and growth. I allow the process to unfold naturally with gentle reminders to breath and holding space for my client. My goal is to serve the breath serving to bring healing.

Water Rebirthing: ?: At this time I offer dry rebirthing. I work out of my home in San Francisco and have a dedicated room for breathwork.

Other healing modalities trained in: I am beginning my final year of study to become a Licensed Practitioner of Religious Science. With the client's permission, I use the modality of affirmative prayer to assist in the process of healing and creating wholeness.

My experience with Conscious Breathing is profound and miraculous and keeps bringing more miracles and healing to me every day. It has opened me to gifts ofempathy, living in love, and remebering my True Nature.

I have studied Spiritual Breathing with Dan Brule, extatic birth and Source Breath with Binnie A. Dansby, and rebirthing with Leonard Orr. I am continually deepening into teachings of Gangaji, and blending Satsang into my work of Breath.
