Experience with Conscious Breathing, qualifications, trainings, etc:
I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, having completed an intensive one-year course with Jaan Jerabek of Transformative Education International in Sydney, Australia. The course comprised approximately 560 hours of coursework and experiential training, including receiving over 50 sessions, giving over 50 sessions, weekly classes, and monthly weekend intensives. I continue to educate myself in various breathwork and holistic healing tools.
I am currently in the process of becoming certified by Leonard Orr/RBI.

Area of focus: I specialize in cathartic-style Breathwork as developed by Jaan Jerabek. The unique hallmark of Jaan's technique, developed and refined over many years, is the combination of three elements: the cathartic-style breath session, an understanding of personality defense structures, and Behavioral Decision Processing. At this time, I am one of only two certified Breathwork facilitators in the U.S. trained in this unique and potent combination of techniques.
Personal approach to Breathwork: I seek to support people to empower themselves. One of the most rewarding ways I have found to do this is to facilitate people's self-healing through Cathartic Breathwork. I bring to facilitation a compassion, presence, and understanding born of my own journeys through the challenging places within me.
Water Rebirthing: I do not have facilities for wet Rebirthing, but can facilitate hot or cold sessions if a client provides the facilities.
Support Groups: Not at this time, but I am happy to offer this for any clients who are interested.
Other healing modalities trained in: I am certified in the Behavioral Decision Processing technique and integrate it into most Breathwork sessions (see my website for details). I am also an experienced meditator in the Buddhist tradition.
Code of ethics for working with clients: I observe the "Ethical Standards for Breathworkers" of the International Breathwork Training Alliance.
Average cost of one session: $130 per session. (Need-based sliding scale available; barter/trade is also a possibility.)

I have been involved with Conscious Breathing for over 17 years. I worked part time as a Breathworker until Jan 07, when I became a full-time Breathworker. I started my training when I lived at Consciousness Village/Campbell Hot Springs and I continue to take part in Leonard Orr's trainings both as a trainee and trainer.
I am certified by Leonard orr/Rebirthing Breathwork International.

Personal approach to Breathwork: I follow closely with what Leonard Orr teaches. My approach is very intuitive. I also fit my approach to meet individual needs.
Water Rebirthing: I do not have a facility for wet rebirthing, but would facilitate it if the client had a place to do it.
Support Groups: Yes. I have a support group which meets every other Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
Other healing modalities trained in: I can consult clients on practical spiritual purification practices which offer tremendous healing.
Ideal client: I work with a wide demographic of people.
Code of ethics for working with clients: Confidentiality. I respect each individual's spiritual path and do not "push" any belief system on them. My role is to guide my client's breathing and help them gain awareness of the healing power of the breath.
Average cost of one session: My fee is $100 and I also offer a sliding scale. I am willing to negotiate a fee which works for the client when necessary.
Discount packages: Yes. I offer a discounted price for a ten session package.
Additional thoughts: It is important to trust your intuition when chosing a rebirther. It is beneficial to work with someone whom you feel comfortable with.
